How long has Megee been in business?
Megee was started in 1936 in Georgetown, DE as the L. Nelson Megee Company. The company was later joined by nephew Ernest E. Megee, Jr. and the name was changed to Megee Plumbing & Heating. Megee has been a family-owned business for over 75 years, spanning 4 generations. See our History and Location page for more information.
What are your service areas?

Megee Plumbing & Heating offers plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical services. Whether that’s repairing a leaky faucet, maintaining or replacing your HVAC system or installing new electrical outlets, we do it all! We even provide 24/7 emergency services and offer services for both commercial and residential clients.

What are your service rates?
We charge by the job, not by the hour. That means that you save more money and get an upfront price on any repairs. No surprise expenses when the job is completed! It’s just one more way we strive to give you the best service available.
What are your guarantees?
Megee actually goes above and beyond most manufacturers warranties; Megee guarantees our repairs for TWO years on the part (manufacturers usually only warranty parts for 1 year or less) and 1 year on our labor.
